Pelican View Estates is an established community situated on Buffalo Lake that began welcoming residents in 2016. It was the culmination of several years of hard work and a commitment to creating a comfortable retreat. Meticulous planning and top-quality engineering ensure that we can offer you a chance to settle in a lakefront community — whether Pelician View is your retreat from the city or your year-round home. Our team of local development partners is based in Alberta, with some calling Pelician View Estates home. We want to welcome you and your family to our community.

About Pelican View Estates

Guiding You Through the Process & Answering Your Questions

When you visit, you'll notice our natural shoreline has been beautifully maintained. Fine sandy banks meet the lake's natural waves. The smooth sandy bottom with its slow natural grade is great for family swimming and long afternoons on one of our four groomed beaches.

A red shale path now extends across our lake front shoreline connecting us to neighboring Pelican Point for all to use and enjoy. This path also is perfect for winter snowshoeing and cross-country skiing.

Pelican View Estates is fully completed.

Roads are built and fully paved; full services, such as sewer and power, are completed and operational; water wells are installed and monitored by our state-of-the-art water treatment facility. Dark-sky compliant street lighting has been installed along with Canada Post Superboxes. PVE is a growing community with over 20 homes and more being built every year.

There is a wide variety of lakefront and lakeside lots in Pelican View Estates to meet the needs of your family and the goals for your lake home. There are oversized estate-style, fully-serviced lakefront and lake side lots that vary in size. Lakefront lots average over 70 feet in lake frontage.

You may use an RV's as a primary residence for 24 months from the date of your building permit. Once your home residence is finished, one RV unit is allowed full time with additional RVs temporarily allowed with a permit.
